Chair Fitness

What is Chair Fitness?

This NEW therapeutic program is a great opportunity for individuals with disabilities. Chair fitness is low impact, works on balance, coordination, cardio-respiratory endurance, flexibility, range of motion, muscular strength, endurance, and relaxation. It also helps with musculoskeletal conditions and is great for all fitness levels and abilities.

Who is it offered to?

Ages 7-18, open to Princeton Residents and Non-Residents. If space allows, we will open it to Non-Residents. 

Dates/Times/Location/Fees

This class will be offered once a week, on Saturdays for (6) weeks, October 9 - November 13th. Class will be from 9:15am-10:15am outdoors in the Community Room @ CP Pool. 

Fee: $50.00 for Princeton Residents

Instructor

Suzette Schmidt: For the last 20 years Suzette has been teaching various fitness classes including Aqua Fit, Chair Fitness & Arthritis classes. She also has coached youth soccer. Suzette’s slogan is “Feel Good Fitness”. She hopes when you leave her class you feel good, strong, happy, and ready to keep moving.
