Princeton Affordable Housing Purchase Program has income-eligible condominiums available for purchase. Gross annual household income determines the purchase price. Income eligibility and household size that is appropriate for unit availability are Program requirements. Purchase prices are calculated at 28% of gross annual household income for all working household members.
