375 Terhune Road

The 2.36 acre parcel at 375 Terhune will be redeveloped as an inclusionary project with 24 townhouse units and 6 affordable apartments split between two triplex buildings fronting Terhune, designed to look like large single-family homes. A bicycle-pedestrian path will be constructed along the edge of the property connecting Terhune Road to the rear of the Shopping Center near Grover Park.
