What is Chair Fitness? A fun workout that works on balance, coordination, cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility, range of motion, muscular strength, endurance, and relaxation. Great for all fitness levels!
Program Instructor: Suzette Schmidt- For the last 20 years Suzette has been teaching various fitness classes including Aqua Fit, Chair Fitness & Arthritis classes. She also has coached youth soccer & Specializes in Adult Swim Lessons. Suzette’s slogan is “Feel Good Fitness”. She hopes when you leave her class you feel good, strong, happy, and ready to keep moving.
When: March 23-May 4 (6 weeks, No Class March 30). Classes are Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays from 10:45am-11:45am
Where: Community Room at CP Pool
Who: Open to adults 18 and older. This program is open to Princeton Residents at first, if space allows we will open it to Non-Residents.
Fee for Princeton Residents: $73 for 6 week session
