Fall Adult Chair Fitness

Program for Adults 18+

What is Chair Fitness? A fun workout that works on balance, coordination, cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility, range of motion, muscular strength, endurance, and relaxation. Great for all fitness levels!

Program Instructor: Suzette Schmidt- For the last 20 years Suzette has been teaching various fitness classes including Aqua Fit, Chair Fitness & Arthritis classes. She also has coached youth soccer & Specializes in Adult Swim Lessons. Suzette’s slogan is “Feel Good Fitness”. She hopes when you leave her class you feel good, strong, happy, and ready to keep moving. 

When: September 19-October 26 (6 weeks). Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:15am-12:15pm

Where: Community Room at CP Pool

Who: Open to adults 18 and older

Fee for Princeton Residents: $50 for all 6 weeks

Fee for Non-residents: $100 for all 6 weeks
