Program for Adults 18+
What is Total Body Conditioning? Join us for an hour of mixed cardio and strength training intervals set to energizing music - to get your heart rate up and muscles toned. A variety of equipment will be used, including: hand weights, bands and body weight. Each session will conclude with a full body stretch - to increase flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome to participate.

When: June 19-August 21 (NO CLASS 7/3). Classes are Mondays from 5:30pm-6:30pm

Who: Open to adults 18 and older
Fee for Princeton Residents: $38 for all 9 classes
Fee for Non-residents: $76 for all 9 classes
