Since 1975, Princeton Community Village, located off Bunn Drive in a parklike setting at the top of the Princeton ridge, has provided high-quality low and moderate-income housing for families and individuals. “The Village” will be expanded with the addition of 25 new affordable units. The project is being funded through a refinancing, a $2.1M contribution from the municipality, and a lowering of the annual PILOT.
Development of the 25-unit apartment building, which is 100% affordable, began in Spring 2022 and is anticipated to be open for new tenants in the Spring of 2023.
