Join us for the first public engagement meeting for the Community Park South Master Plan Process. The meeting will be in an Open House format so your attendance is not required for the entire time. 

As many of you are already aware, the municipality has hired a consultant to facilitate the community engagement piece of this master plan process. The feedback gathered from these meetings will help guide the consultant in preparing up to three concept plans for CP South. The consultant will have Spanish-speaking staff present at the meeting.

As input from the public is critical to this process, the municipality would like to spread the word about the meeting throughout the community. Towards that end, I am asking each of you on this email to distribute the flyers electronically as you are able and/or post copies on bulletin boards in your facilities where possible.

 In addition, a website has been created with further information about the project, as well as a link to a survey to gather additional feedback. (Approximately 5 minutes in length). The survey is available in English and Spanish.  Feel free to share this link below with others. Hard copies of the survey will be available at the public meeting, as well as at the Recreation Department office (380 Witherspoon St).
