As we kick off our 2023 Mayors Wellness Campaign: Empowering Our Community to Prioritize Health & Wellness, our event offers a variety of vendors to educate and inspire attendees to make positive lifestyle changes. Come meet local health and wellness professionals, learn about healthy eating and exercise, and discover new ways to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.
