Notice is hereby given that the Municipality of Princeton in the County of Mercer, State of New Jersey (“Princeton”) intends to participate in the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract for “Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUVs, Cab Chassis, and Other Vehicles,” made available through Sourcewell, and pursuant thereto to procure four (4) New 2022 Ford Escape (U0E) SE Plug-In Hybrid FWD vehicles from National Auto Fleet Group under Sourcewell Contract #091521-NAF.

 Information regarding the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract and proposed Agreement between Princeton and National Auto Fleet Group is available on Princeton’s website at: http://www.princetonnj.gov/ and on Sourcewell’s website at: https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/091521-naf

 Princeton has been a member of the Sourcewell cooperative for several years, and the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract with National Auto Fleet Group expires November 18, 2025. 

It is the intent of the Municipality of Princeton to award a contract to National Auto Fleet Group for the foregoing goods and services.

 Princeton is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements and award contracts to vendors pursuant thereto under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2b.(3) and LFN 2012-10.

 Any comments must be in writing and received by the Princeton Clerk’s Office, 400 Witherspoon Street, Princeton NJ, 08540, no later than 11:00 am on May 23, 2022.
